Urban Mappings and (re)Imaginaries

Part art engagement, and part consultation, I have facilitated a number of workshops inviting local community members to explore, map, and reimagine urban wild spaces in and around Southampton.

Participants are invited to explore place through diverse methods—such as slow, sensorial, embodied, and walking approaches—to map, reframe and reimagine shared spaces. These sessions encouraged participants to connect with the overlooked and untamed areas of the city, fostering a collective reimagining of place that reflects the community’s unique perspectives and experiences.
